本校雙語辦公室辦理「EMI/ESAP教學助理培訓」，傳授EMI課程/ESAP課程教學助理更優質、專業之課程帶領技巧，以期順利協助全英語授課教師進行（EMI）課程，從旁引導修課學生，以利教學品質。

備註：本次開放部分名額給參與112學年度EMI教師培訓之教師及本校教授EMI 課程之教師觀摩TA培訓，可列為一次EMI工作坊。

※EMI課程：以全英語教授之各系所專業課程(不含語言中心ESP/EAP/A-EGP課程)。
※ESAP課程：語言中心開設之銜接課程，幫助提升學生英語能力，未來順利進入EMI課程修習。

一、培訓對象：

• 已規劃或有意願擔任本校EMI/ESAP課程教學助理之本校學生。
• 建議學習者至少具備英語能力B1之程度，以期順利進行EMI/ESAP教學助理培訓課程。

二、活動方式：實體培訓 + 線上測驗

※參加2月20日之實體培訓並完成線上測驗，才算通過EMI/ESAP課程教學助理培訓。

實體培訓資訊：
（一）活動時間：2024年2月20日（二）15:00~18:00
（二）活動地點：國立臺北大學人文大樓1F09室
 
線上測驗資訊：
（一）線上測驗影片如下：

（二）本測驗一共5題，每題20分，滿分100分，及格分數為80分。
（三）測驗開放時間為2024年1月15日～2月20日(二)23:59，期間填答次數不限，取最佳成績計算。
（四）112-2EMI/ESAP課程教學助理合格名單預計於2月26日公佈，請關注雙語化學習辦公室網站。

三、報名資訊：

（一）報名方式：本次活動一律採取線上報名方式。學生請填寫google表單，並上傳英文檢定相關證明檔 案，以作為報名本培訓計畫之依據。參與觀摩培訓之教師，請填寫報名相關資料即可。

（二）報名時間：2024年1月15日～2月15日（四）23:59截止（逾期不受理）

The NTPU Bilingual Education Office runs the EMI/ESAP TA Training Program to provide EMI/ESAP teaching assistants with more high-quality and professional course-leading skills to assist teachers in carrying out EMI courses smoothly and improve teaching quality. 

Note: Limited openings will be provided for observation for NTPU teachers who participate in the 112 (2023-2024) school year EMI teacher training or offer EMI courses. The event will be certified as a BEO-facilitated EMI teaching workshop.  

※EMI courses: Professional courses of various departments taught in English (excluding language center ESP/EAP/A-EGP courses).

※ESAP courses: The bridging courses offered by the Language Center help students improve their English ability and successfully enter the EMI course in the future.

1. Eligible Participants:

• Students of NTPU who plan or are willing to serve as TAs for the EMI /ESAP courses at NTPU. 
• English proficiency above CEFR B1 level is recommended to carry out the training course successfully.

2. Program: In-person Training + Online Quiz

※ Only by attending the in-person training on February 20 and completing the online quiz will you be considered as passing the EMI/ESAP TA training.

Physical Training Information:
(1) Time: February 20, 2024 15:00~18:00 (Tuesday)
(2) Venue: Room 1F09, College of Humanities.

Online Quiz Information:

(2) There are five questions, each worth 20 points. Participants must complete the online test to assess their learning progress, with a passing score above 80 points.
(3) The test questions are accessible from January 15 to February 20, 2024. There is no limit on the number of attempts for participants to repeat an unsuccessful test within this period.
(4) The list of qualified teaching assistants for the 112-2 EMI/ESAP courses will be announced on February 26. Please pay attention to the Bilingual Education Office website.

3. Registration Information:

(1) Registration method: online. Students should fill out the Google form and upload relevant certificates of English proficiency as a basis for registration for this training program. Teachers who participate in the observation workshop, please fill in the relevant registration information.
(2) Registration period: January 15~February 15, 2024 (Thursday) 23:59 (no late acceptance)
